What the job involves
This position entails cleaning and maintaining common areas of a housing estate according to the local work program and health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include sweeping, washing, and cleaning various communal areas such as staircases, foyers, car parks, and refuse storage rooms. You'll manage waste disposal, handle emergency situations, report incidents, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of all estate areas. Additionally, you will support the estate bulk-waste collection team in removing bulk items.
