What the Job Involves
The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across a housing estate, following a local work program. Responsibilities include sweeping and washing communal areas, managing refuse container storage, removing blockages, cleaning litter bins, removing weeds, picking litter from beddings, sweeping communal areas, and removing graffiti. You will liaise with residents and other services during emergencies and ensure incidents are properly documented.
