What the job involves

The job involves cleaning all communal parts of a housing estate according to a local work programme. Responsibilities include sweeping and washing staircases, foyers, courtyards, and other areas, cleaning lifts and estate furniture, rotating and managing refuse containers, removing overspill and blockages, weeding, litter picking, and removing graffiti. The role requires effective communication in emergency situations and documenting estate incidents.
