Who You Are

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who is excited about supporting residents and tackling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills, and experience in a customer-focused environment.

What the job involves

As an ASB Liaison Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for residents reporting anti-social behaviour. You will be responsible for responding to telephone calls, emails, and enquiries, providing advice and support, logging and allocating cases, and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include supporting ASB Officers with case management and administrative tasks, processing referrals, preparing correspondence and reports, and working closely with partner agencies.

This role is primarily office-based, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in your community and support victims of ASB effectively.
