What the Job Involves

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will respond to customer inquiries, providing quality information, advice, and guidance on a range of council services. Your role involves resolving inquiries at the initial point of contact or referring customers for further support when necessary. You will also assist customers with digital services and champion self-service options, helping them access the services they need. Your main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive for social value while managing council resources responsibly.
