What the Job Involves
In this role, you will undertake strength-based assessments for individuals with disabilities, recommending and organizing equipment and structural adaptations to meet their needs. You will provide demonstrations and training on the use of these adaptations, liaising with various stakeholders to deliver optimal services. Your responsibilities include managing Occupational Therapy Assistants, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing training opportunities for professional development. You will ensure that services are collaborative, customer-focused, and that they drive social value while managing resources efficiently.
