Who You Are
We are looking for a dedicated Family Support Worker with experience in working with children, young people, and their families. You should be committed to enhancing parenting capacity and improving the life chances of children and young people. Being self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Flexibility and the ability to adapt are crucial, alongside having a full valid driving licence and sole use of a vehicle.
What the job involves
As a Family Support Worker in the Interventions Hub and Support for Families Team, you will help families access the right services at the right time. Your primary goal is to prevent escalation and family breakdown by providing early intervention and prevention services. You will deliver services aimed at empowering parents in need to improve their capacity and promote their child's health and development.
