You possess a keen understanding of the adoption process and are adept at navigating the complexities involved in preparing and supporting children for adoption.
What the Job Involves
This role involves tracking children with a likely plan for adoption and preparing them for this new chapter in their lives. You will be responsible for preparing CPR reports and attending SHOBPA meetings. A key part of the role is working in collaboration with regional and independent adoption agencies for family finding, preparing matching reports, supporting children in their adoptive placements, and facilitating their adoption applications. Court attendance is also required as part of this process.
