What the Job Involves
In this role, you will own and manage customer relationships, providing innovative mixed tenure landlord services within a designated patch. You will ensure the delivery of excellent tenancy management and lead in customer excellence. Your responsibilities include managing tenancy and leasehold efficiently, ensuring homes are safe, resolving anti-social behavior, and problem-solving complex repairs. You will work proactively to support successful tenancies, deliver continuous service improvements, and manage customer satisfaction, income collection, and estate inspections. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to build successful communities and maintain accurate customer and property data.
