What the Job Involves
As a Family Time Supervisor, you will welcome and support families in the Family Resource Centre, community settings, and other venues as required. You will oversee the delivery of safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions, ensuring that agreed arrangements are maintained. You'll observe and record the quality of parenting, and keep detailed records on relevant systems. Your role involves recognizing potential risks, adhering to safeguarding protocols, and participating in supervision to enhance your practice. The role requires flexibility, including working evenings and weekends, and promoting Diversity & Equality Policies in your work.
