What the Job Involves
In this role, you will be central to implementing and stabilizing transformational changes across the restructured Statutory SEND Teams. Your leadership will be crucial in refining workflows, defining new roles, and embedding quality assurance processes. You will drive improvements in practice and performance, collaborating with senior leaders and partners to ensure cohesive and compliant services. Furthermore, you will contribute to broader SEND transformation activities, including preparations for inspections and service enhancements in response to emerging priorities.
