What the Job Involves
This role requires you to work collaboratively with young people, their families, and partner agencies to provide focused support aimed at improving outcomes, reducing risks, and preventing family breakdowns. You will engage directly with families to address complex issues, provide intensive support through a family-centered approach, and ensure that children, young people, and families are involved in decision-making processes. Responsibilities include undertaking assessments, contributing to multi-agency team efforts, developing effective interventions, and maintaining comprehensive records of work undertaken.
