What the Job Involves
This role involves providing efficient administrative support across Children’s Services, ensuring organizational objectives and statutory requirements are met. You will manage comprehensive administration tasks, including minute taking, data capture, and report preparation. You will offer guidance to administrative staff, support recruitment processes, and oversee procurement operations. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing strategies, manage facilities, and maintain financial records. Key holder responsibilities and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures are also part of this role.
