What the Job Involves

This role is centered around providing assistance and ensuring the safety and wellness of passengers on Passenger Services vehicles. Responsibilities include acting as an attendant, administering emergency medication, and performing first aid. You will be tasked with securing passengers and wheelchairs, maintaining vehicle safety equipment, and supporting the driver. Additionally, you will manage emergency situations, report incidents, and handle messages or property left by passengers. Partaking in training and maintaining compliance with regulations is also required.
