What the Job Involves
Working within a pod structure consisting of 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager, you will conduct timely assessments, including parenting evaluations, and develop outcome-focused care plans. The role requires undertaking care proceedings in both private and public courts, ensuring the completion of permanency plans within designated court timescales. You will analyze and document your interventions with children and families, addressing complex risks effectively.
