CSW - Senior Social Worker - Family Support & Protection (GRADE K-L)

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced children's social worker to join our busy and fast-paced team. You should be a dedicated professional, ready to manage cases involving children on CIN and Child Protection Plans. Ideally, you will have knowledge of court work to handle private and public law cases. Being a good team player and prioritizing children's needs in decision-making is essential.

What the Job Involves

This is a position in our long-term frontline children's team, where you'll manage various cases while ensuring children's welfare is prioritized. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in the office at least twice a week, with the flexibility to work from home on other days. However, you'll need to conduct direct visits and attend meetings when necessary. The position entails working 35 hours per week at a rate of £38.50 per hour.
