What the Job Involves

In this role, you will assist and support Senior Youth Workers in planning, delivering, and evaluating the year-round universal ‘safe spaces’ offer. You will lead Youth Support Workers and Volunteers in conducting effective sessions, ensuring all team members understand their roles. Responsibilities include completing necessary documentation, maintaining cleanliness and security of facilities, ensuring the health and safety of participants, and addressing safeguarding concerns.
