What the job involves

As the Practice Manager for Safeguarding Performance, you will supervise and provide professional guidance to social workers and support officers to ensure a high-quality service in Tower Hamlets. Your role includes leading the investigation of safeguarding cases, offering expert advice, improving service delivery, and overseeing quality audits. You are responsible for developing and cascading new policies, managing HR investigations, delivering formal training, handling duties associated with the Adult Safeguarding Working Group, and deputizing as required. You will also collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure the protection and well-being of vulnerable adults.
