What the Job Involves
As a member of the Community Mental Health Team within East London NHS Trust, you will provide social work services aligned with the Care Programme Approach and Care Act, as well as other relevant legislative frameworks. Your role will involve working with service users in hospital and community settings, offering advice, assessments, reviews, and various forms of social work support aimed at improving outcomes for both service users and carers.
Skills
- Knowledge of Care Programme Approach and Care Act
- Experience working with service users in hospital and community settings
- Strong assessment and review abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of Social Work England parameters
