Who You Are
You are a proactive and organized professional with experience in housing regeneration projects. You have the ability to lead and coordinate initial phases of housing schemes, effectively communicating with various stakeholders and managing consultations.
What the Job Involves
This role involves initiating and coordinating regeneration and estate "in-fill" housing schemes for the Council's Housing Client. You will report to and deputise for the Housing Supply Manager. Key responsibilities include managing project inception, conducting initial consultations, and procuring necessary expertise before handing over to the CDT for further project development.
