As part of the Lead Professionals team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the statutory homeless service at London Borough Council Tower Hamlets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the council meets its obligations under the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. This involves managing initial interactions, guiding clients through the housing options available, and providing comprehensive support tailored to their individual situations.
