What the job involves
This role involves working as part of the South East Locality Adult Social Care Team, focusing on adults who currently receive services. You will be responsible for conducting reviews and reassessments, managing duty cases, and undertaking safeguarding casework to ensure the protection and welfare of vulnerable adults.
