What the job involves
As a Youth Justice Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing cases of children aged 10-17 years who have been given community or custodial sentences. You will perform high-quality assessments and create individualized intervention plans aimed at reducing re-offending and ensuring public safety. You will work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to implement a 'child first' approach within a multidisciplinary team.
