We are seeking dynamic Case Managers who excel in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families from diverse backgrounds. You are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for Tower Hamlets & the City of London's children. You bring a deep understanding of trauma-informed, restorative justice, and relational approaches.

What the job involves

As a Youth Justice Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing cases of children aged 10-17 years who have been given community or custodial sentences. You will perform high-quality assessments and create individualized intervention plans aimed at reducing re-offending and ensuring public safety. You will work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to implement a 'child first' approach within a multidisciplinary team.
